Just saw bits of the funeral on TV today and it was really nice. B.B. King broke down at one point in his speech and Willie Nelson did a rendition of "Georgia on My Mind". My first exposure to Ray Charles was when I was 9 years old and was taken to see the Blues Brothers and that is one of my favorite parts in the movie. He was a genuine gifted soul and it seems the world gets a little darker with the passing of so many of these giants in recent years. Seems like a golden period of entertainment is coming to a close y'all. b.b
