If you're really, and I mean REALLY desperate for actors to play Richard, I sort of look like him, that is, if I grew a mustache. And if I had an Afro. And if I could put on an American accent. And if I was twenty/thirty years older....

Oh, and I'm not black - I'm actually half Asian(not Chinese!) and half Scottish, so I guess that kinda rules me out for starring in this biopic.

As for casting suggestions other than [/i]Steve Harvey[/i]
if you got a cameo for Mudbone in there, Morgan Freeman did an awesome job at the Mark Twain awards a few years ago!!

Morgan's on my All Time TOP FIVE Actors list...he's truly underrated!
SHAWSHANK is soooo freakin' good!!
BTW, he has a GREAT club in Clarksdale MS and is
putting up another one in Memphis soon.

Now that sounds like a hint if I ever heard one.........
Yeah Trudy it was great.The best part to me was to see how much Richard was enjoying it in the crowd when they showed him.Alot of great comedy people but it was really great to see somebody like Morgan represent b/c he is known more for drama.

It came on so much on TNT that I became addicted and had to quit watching it cold turkey,but I have had a few relapses.

Yeah I was wondering about that.There is nothing in that movie that you can really put your finger on that stands out.I think it's also the journey that keeps us tuned in......... that and it's just a damned good movie.....
