As far as I know Peoria has only ever had one IHOP and they/we just got it maybe in the last 5 years?

I called the IHOP I knew of and they have been there for FOUR years .... BUT she said there did used to be one on Knoxville Avenue that closed down in 1988...
Sooooooo whether it was IHOP or UHOP - I do believe that I have heard that he did wash dishes at one time or another..
Who knows all this he said she said whose first and last after first is probably rumors... I guess maybe we should all buy one if his books and read it???!!
