ok then if it's something sex related, then the only thing obvious is a bra, which makes my first guess right hehe
because look at the shape and the chains in the main area as if to fit right over the nipple (sorry guys didn't mean to give ya a chubby). perhaps they're missing straps to tie them down.
by the way, were you rumaging through the wrong damn garage sale or what? how'd YOU get your hands on them? hell, it could be evidence from a notorious sadistic serial killer. you know how creative they get. ;p
