bingolong,

Welcome to the "Kinder, gentler" Black Forum. Where is Huey P. Newton anyway?

bingolong,
Why 'Black and White Forum' what about brown and yellow and red people. (Indian, Latin, Asian, etc...) wouldn't that make them feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed to be singled out, or lack of mention of them in general??

I'm fucking with you, but seriously... if we change for one we have to change for all...

That is actually why I never checked out this forum to begin with until Jen mentioned it, I figured it was specifically a racial thing that "I wouldn't get", being part of whitey and all.

I was changing the way that I refered to "Black Forum" as not merely a skin color, but a as a 'felling' of the conversations. It is more dark, but serious. Not in a depressing way but somber, not colorful as the rest of the forums are.

Just a suggestion.

astonamous,

What, you holdin' your breath? That'll just turn you blue (until you pass out)

I have only seen two people with purple skin. Zoot (from the muppets) and Miles Davis... :D
