thats why I didn't work the ER...no thank you, it was bad enough taking care of the sick bastards after they got admitted and I remember having patients ready to send out for object removal, it's amazing how strange something sticking out of someones ass looks after it's been secured with a gauze wrap...it's usually not necessary but leaving someone face down in the hall on a gurny for a couple hours with something wrapped in gauze coming out their ass lets everybody get a good look at who and what.

one I heard of involved a homeless wino who had got the shit knocked out of him and left out to die, when he came in it was a slow night and everybody pitched in to scrub the dirt and grime off this guy and his dick fell off...imagine spending your whole life waiting for a candy striper sponge bath and at the crucial moment your dick falls off. Turned out at some time he'd been injecting coke in his dick veins and had gangrene under all the crud.

I have not been with this man in 8 years, I could tell you stories but I won't. ok.. I will... We were never married and this man is so messed up in the head that he tell his women that we were and I left him and took his kid away. He even says it to my son, who can't remember all the crap that took place when he was 2. Funnier still is that we actually have 2 kids together. But he never wanted to claim the other one. And just last year he had another daughter by a different girlfriend and the new baby has the same name as my daughter the baby he didn't claim. Isn't that some shit. And even more funny is that he now tells my son that I took my daughter away from him and that is why she has a different daddy now. I almost want to have every copy of orders of protection that ever was filed on him. Not just by me. But every girl since, seems to be his pattern. All the women run and file when they leave him. And even more funny is they all track me down and ask me why I never warned them. What is it with people always placing the blame on other people???

I hear ya but gangrene of the dick is as fairly frequent diagnosis for people who are getting ready to quit being junkies, most of those have already lost a foot or two from injecting between their toes, they can't find a place to hit in the arm no more or need a place tracks can't be noticed...our mail carrier lost a foot that way, we had a substitute for about a week and then one night she showed up as a patient with only five little piggys left.

and fell off was really a bad description...scrubbed off would be more appropriate, he said...well you know if your washing someone elses shit it's going to be non-personal as possible so you put on three pairs of gloves and grab a handfull of soapy wash clothes and start scrubbing in the general area and so when they rinsed him off somebody noticed he didn't have a dick anymore.
