Glad you like the site. Would you consider making this topic into a stickie where it would always be the first message on this forum? That way all the newbies would be sure to read it and see how many of us are supporting this effort.

I thought it would be nice to bump this back up to the top. Especially since so many animals are now in desperate need of help from the hurricane. I live in Lousiana and it's truly heartbreaking. Our local shelter has been helping to care for many of the animals that came with their owners fleeing the hurricane. They were in need of food, litter boxes, bird food, cages...If anyone is interested in helping the animals that are in need as a result of the hurricane please contact your local shelter and I am sure they can tell you how/where to make donations.
But you can help pets just by clicking at the links in this post.
