Yeah Shawn what's up over there at CC? I mean when you see some of the shows they produce or the MONEY they put behind certain comics you really have to wonder

I am VERY happy to hear they FINALLY, FINALLY added Bill Hick's bio to their website-it's definetly astep in the right direction

Your avatar scares me-- uh, I mean -- if you're gonna get a Hicks CD, try to avoid the ones with the music interludes. Five years ago, I bought [/i]relentless[/i] and to my chagrin, his great comic bits were linked by this awful depressing music. I wrote an e-mail to the label, complaining. They wrote back and said that it was Bill's music and that his mother compiled the CD. It was a sentimental thing for her. I wrote back that I didn't care. I paid to hear Bill Hicks do something that he was good at--comedy.

What if you didn't like Hicks' music and you had to hear it throughout his stand up? That's akin to listening to a recording of Richard Pryor's Stand up, laughing yo' ass off then all of a sudden muzak starts playing LOUDER than RP's voice. I bet you'd be pissed, too.
