Jenny's gotta deal with em everyday in this business; I always tell her, "I'm by your side, baby"! As smart as she is, it's hard on her sometimes. She is dealing with a particular ego-maniac, control freak on this project and has had smoke coming outta her ears all weekend. I told her, "be yourself and speak your mind baby, stop trying to be diplomatic, it won't work. You got a sharp tounge, use it like a sword when you need to. Sometimes, it the only thing a dumb motherfucker will hear."

She took my advice. I'm proud of her.
