Can't say that I have a favorite...they are all pretty special in their own way.

I have owned a Yorkshire Terrier, more mixes that I can remember, St. Bernard and currently have a German Shepherd and Cockapoo (rescued him from the streets). Aside from dogs, we've had lizards, ferrets, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, fish (too many to name), cats and finally all the animals we have fostered....shit...I'm not gonna go there...too many to name. At least, they all got good homes though...

I LOVE DOGS! NO CATS!

Now growing up I had many pets (including cats). Once we lost all of them and never got anymore, I guess my immunity couldn't handle them anymore. End result is that I am highly allergic to them now.

So I prefer dogs. I haven't had one since 8/99 though. I do miss having a dog. Let's take a look at my dog history.

My first dog was (picture this one) a lab/daschaund mix. He was a GREAT DOG! He got hit by a car in front of me and the person keep going. I really miss that dog, Butch. My second dog was a Beagle. I got him from some woman out of the paper. I paid $150.00 for a puppy that had Parvo (I didn't know this) and he died after three days. I took him to the Vet hospital and they had me convinced he was going to be alright. NOT! $500 later I find out he passed. I cried so bad! Then my last dog was a Cocker SPaniel. He was gorgeous dog but those full breed dogs are a little mental, I think. He would be so lovable but then would be ready to bit your ass the next. So My Mom found him a really good home. I didn't want him to bite my oldest little girl. I miss that fart too!

Now once we get a bigger place I would love to get a chocolate Lab or Great Dane. I do like the bigger dogs that are a little more intimating (looking).
