Tommy Chong gets out of prison. Then Ricky Williams decides to retire and tour Asia... Hmmm... Coincidence???

He wasn't getting better, he went from 4.8 ypc in 2002 to 3.2 in 2003 on a fledgling team with a marginal offense. Now he can leave the game with his health and enough money to smoke the hippie lettuce as much as he wants.
