Mr. Pryor
Just like to tell you Gracias (thank you). Gracias for the joy and inspiration you have give me. I've been thinking of what to write for over a year and now that I'm here I can't think of anything.
I was born in Mexico City and I was brought over here to the U.S. when I was four. All my life I have felt out of place. I never really felt accepted in American society. At age 21 I discover comedy. At age 22 I started comedy.
Six months later I discover Richard Pryor.
As I started to discover your material I started to feel your humanity in your comedy. I felt like I knew you. You have brought sunshine to my face. Your comedy comes across different cultures.
Gracias
