I haven't eaten ramen noodles in years. And I do change my drawers at least twice a month, whether I need to or not. Can I still vote?

I like how they want to lock him up for bribing people to vote. Notice he said he'd do it if they vote, not if they vote for Kerry. If you buy a vote that is illegal. It's not illegal to drive someone to the polls, (although the republicans I'm sure bitch about that too) so how is it illegal to offer someone clean underwear to vote if you don't specify for whom?
