Lady In White

Has anyone seen "Lady In White?" Semi-thriller, pretty good Halloween movie. It's an oldie but worth a view if you can find it. 
I remember seeing it on pay some years ago. Lady in White reminds me of another Halloween pick of mine, Ghost Story with Fred Astaire. I prefer these types of movies to the usual slasher type of stuff, well except for Bride of Chucky...
