i apologise profusely for posting this here but right now im in a black place. I'm feeling rather suicidal and very self destructive at the moment and its not for the first time. It feels like every time you get going this shit comes right back atcha and bites your ass. i would love to be a stand up comedian like rich or bill hicks but right now i feel like wots the fuckin point. What should i do, bearing in mind that im sick of surviving this gettin throu and then it comes back again. ANY SUGGESTIONS. Once again i apologise for posting this here.

Let's just say that suicide is NOT a good idea. It is extremely selfish. A woman I knew had her best friend hang herself. She left behind a husband (who is a bit of a prick) and twin 8-year-old girls. She wasn't thinking of them when she did it, but how does that effect those girls? Go get some head and keep on livin! AIn't no way you can feel suicidal when you gettin' some head!

Everyone at some point in their lives feels the way you do.
What worries me most about your post is the word,"again".
If this feeling has appeared before you really need to talk to someone.
Everyone needs help sometimes.
Talk to your family or a doctor or your priest.
If you have felt this way before then you realy need to talk to someone.

Write. Wait it out, but write. Talk to someone about the hurt...like in real life you know

beasty, the worst thing you can do is hurt your self. I was in a mental home three years ago beacuse i was so fucked up from my childhood. But i have gone to a psycologist for three years now and he have helped me so much. You must seek help, i know its scary but it helps. And when you come out on the other side your way stronger. Now i can do things i never thought would be possible for me to do. Im having my first stand up show tommorow. Im scared shitless but i think i can pull it off. You deserve to live beasty! Fight it! Dont you ever give up!

HI, im sorry about that message but it was the truth im feeling a lot better to-day Depression is a terrible thing i wouldn't wish it on my biggest enemy, id like to thank you for your kind words. I'll just have to look for the good in the bad, and hope that it happens to me for a reason. THANK YOU

We are all glad that your spirits are back up, Beasty. My mother always told me that after every storm the sun comes back out. Simple but true. Now, the next time that you feel this way, ask yourself.... "Is this the worst it could be?" Chances are, it isn't. There is ALWAYS someone out there that's been through worse. Keep us posted......
