Hello,
I too think Richard is great. He seems so complicated of a person as I am, that I am not sure who he really is and has been sometimes over the years. I really relate to his turmoil, a little slippery in mood and identity. Regardless, he makes me laugh when I am down.
I am a white male and have had a lot of close friends who are black and understand his humor more than other white people who only know white people.
I was very moved when I listened to him describe his experience in Africa when he said he started to cry because there he realized that there were no ni**ers there.
I also am very curious about his health. I have no idea how he is doing. I feel so bad that such an alive person would get a disease that "freezes" you slowly over time.
I really hope he is ok,
