To my internet support group:

I just wanted to thank everyone on this board, fans, comics, and of course, the people that make this thing happen and are our inspirations, the wonderful Man and Woman in Charge.

I've been hitting an open mic over by my "work" since I moved to Seattle last month, but tonight, I'll be spreading my wings and soaring to an open mic cross town at a little bit better quality club.

If it weren't for this board, I don't know if I would have taken the initiative to kick my own butt to get on stage this much...or even acquire the confidence to try my act at another club!

I missed you yesteday, but I'm now making it a point to get to the Underground, partially because of you. Knowing that you were playing there, was sorta the firestarter.

...now as long as I don't suck, I'll continue to feel good about myself.

Thanks! I did well, even on my own standards. Carl even made a sincere "Come back. Anytime." remark to me as I was heading out to release some of that post performance energy.

...and Peter Greyy was taking photos of me, which I'm hoping will show up on the SeattleComedy.net site... fingers crossed.
