Joel Robles is stabbed 20 times and his killer gets 4 years in prison, w/possibility of betting out in 3. the defense was gay panic. WTF????

the guy who murdered him, Estanislau (sp?) Martinez was upset that his date turned out to be a man (a transvestite). can yourself stabbing someone 20 times and then get 4 years.

people who have done less have got more time.

apparently so when only 4 years for murder is given and it's understandable and considered reasonable.

going work on some new defenses and get my list of people to take out ready.
