it needs to be decriminalized. the problem is the drug traffickers and killing people over distributing it who are screwing that option up.

but there are local district attorney's advocating the legalization for medicinal purposes (dang I'm feeling a little nauseated right now ;p). even Manhattan's D.A. Robert Morgenthau is one of the advocates.

and I ain't never heard of a pot head selling off his kids for sex for more weed, stealing cash from a liquor store to support his habit, or stealing from family for weed. it's just recreational. most you want to do is sleep and eat

MY GOD! it's just pot for some of these states, you'd think pot is a major serious and dangerous drug. maybe we should just drop millions of leaflets from the sky with just the word "recreational" on them. and I know some founding fathers were hitting the pipe. John Quincy Adams strikes me as a pot man. his thoughts were too free.

I have yet to meet one crazy, dangerous derranged pothead, ok other than me but seriously, it's usually the other stuff (coke, heroin, meth, etc. that leads to crazy problems like thefts, violence, selling soul/kids, rehab, you name it)

and it's only the low-rent, low-class pot dealers and psychos mixing pot w/crazy stuff who are fucking it up for everyone by killing people off for distribution rights. pot should be free and freely available for 18 or older only.

yeah and actually, bcddjjsc690, alcoholics have more problems than pot users. only wine is better with regular use, esp. red wine. hard alcohol creates long term health problems.
