A Message for Richard!!

Man I love reading your diaries and seeing you still as funny as ever, touching on the political and personal. This year I also had a chance to take a community college class on the history of the Black Panther Party with David Hilliard. We've got to here talks from Mabel Williams(sncc-later exiled from the U.S.) Angela Davis, Kathleen Turner, Elaine Brown, and other former members. It's amazing hearing about the these movements and the problems they were addressing directly from the people involved. And none of these speakers were trapped in the past, they all related their past struggles with current issues. That's why it's an equall honor to read your shit! It's just when I'm sitting in class with 40 people or reading your stuff on line, I'm just thinking to myself,"more people gotta hear this!"
It would be wicked if you could have you favorite artists, friends read some of your writings as a segment on tv and/or radio. Something like from "The Diary of Richard Pryor." Shit, get Nas to read one of your entries on Bush. They got that new Left wing radio show with Al Franken, or fuckin get it up on Dave Chappelle's show! Call fuckin Mooney! More people need to hear this shit and I've already told everyone I know! Thanks again.
