It was 11 years ago at the comedy store. We were told that Richard Pryor was coming in to perform. Around 8:15pm he gets on stage, and nothing but a standing ovation could be seen. Richad took to the stage and showed everyone that no only did he still have it, but he's never lost it. Richard talked about his MS and living with the disease, but his closing bit was the Icing on the cake. so Here's the joke.

Richard Pryor:
I had a dream that I was in heaven talking to GOD. And I asked him questions about life and why do people suffer. God just shrugged his shoulders and said it is what it is, until you come home. Then I asked GOD...how long is ETERNITY to you? and GOD said to me it's just a minute. Then I asked how much is a Million dollars worth to you. And GOD said to me A Million dollars is just a penny....So I asked GOD...can I have a thousand of your pennies....and God said....Yes...In a minute....

Richard Pryor live at the Comedy Store on sunset. Back in '92-93. What jokes do you remember....?

I do have more memories of your performance at the comedy store. And the 1st interview you did when you forgot your daughter Kelsey's name and Paul Mooney reminded you during the taping. I've got a lot of memories. I'll share them with you from time to time on this site.
