Stupid Azz Joke!

One of my male friends told me this today -
A couple - to be secretive from their nosey little kids, invented a code word for "having sex", so they called it something very non-descipt - where you could not possibly link the two. They termed it 'typewriter'.
So, one day, the father calls home and the daughter answers. The Dad asks to speak to the Mom but the daughter says that she is busy. So, the Dad tells the daughter to relay a message to the Mom to tell her that he "needs to type a long letter tonight".
The daughter tells the father to hold on and relays the message. She comes back to the phone and says that her Mom said to tell the Dad that they typewriter had red ribbon in it right now.
So, two days later, when the Dad called home, the Mom told the daughter to relay this message to the Dad that the typewriter was ready now. To which the Dad replied - "Tell your Mom that it is ok, that the letter was handwritten, instead"!
I know that was corny, but it made me laugh!
