I done blew my kitchen up!

Ok.
As some of you know I got a new place. Instead of the studio I lived in a month ago, I am now in a small one bedroom.
A week ago I blew up the light in the kitchen. I was drilling a hole in the door jamb for a chain lock and found out that some asshole thought a door jamb was a good place to run the electric wire. Fucking genius.
So this morning I decide to boil water and make some instant oatmeal. Every place I have lived Pryor to this place had a gas stove. Until a couple weeks ago I had used an electric stove once or twice... I turn on the burner and left the room for just a couple minutes when BOOM!!!!!!!
When I get to the kitchen there is a small fire on the stove...
I turned on the wrong burner and the pyrex glass baking dish that was sitting on that burner was in about 1000 pieces around the kitchen!

it could have been a lot worse. and glad you enjoying the new place.
da helll??? j/k actually you have to cook these days. even a Mickey D's happy meal is depressing in so many ways.
