That bit is not in any of his concert films. But it's part of the bit "New Niggers" from the "...Is It Something I Said?" album.

I remember in one of Richard Pryor's concerts (it would be an HBO special or one of his videos, not a movie), he talks about Americans adopting kids from overseas, but not adopting black kids in America. I don't remember the exact words, but that was the jist of his point.

Does anyone know what concert this is from? I would like to view that again.
