I don't get either comment. There were Black folks with British accents before there was a single white man in America. And the cowboy hat thing - I'm not sure I get that one at all. I'm not offended in the least - I realize you are just trying to be funny, but I just don't get what the jokes are - maybe it's a DC thing? I realize DC is a completely different reality than the rest of the world. Please explain. Thanks. :)

Here in England our comedians have just voted Richard into their top 10 favourite EVER comedians...quite right!

Having read through the posting in this site, there are a lot of nice things said about Richard & I'm not eloquent enough to add much other than: Richard, you have brightened up my life & made me piss my pants laughing! Thank you, you funny motherfucker!
