Bourne Supremacy

Post by thoreau »

there should be a warning on the poster for this movie to let people know how bad the camerawork is. It's horrible, and it's intentional. The whole thing looks like it was shot by a junkie needing a fix with a cheap handicam. My eyes were working like mad the whole film trying to focus on what's happening, but the scene is jumping around so much that it's impossible. Every 15 or 20 seconds there would be a quick steadycam shot, just enough for my eyes to stop jumping, then back to the shake and jive.

intentionally horrible camerawork aside, the movie wasn't bad. wasn't very good either. It's more of an action flick than a spy thriller, since they don't bother much with "who am i?" or "who's the bad guy pulling the strings?"

thoreau,
I really couldn't tell on the camera work I guess it wasn't too bad b/c I didn't notice it like that. The camerawork was one of the things I kept reading about in reviews but I guess it didn't standout unless I looked for it .

I do agree with your review of the movie though.I might have even apreciated more though if I hadn't read all the positive rreviews.Had me expecting a little more than the movie offered, but I can't front on it.
I went to Zimbabwe. I know how white people feel in America now; relaxed! Cause when I heard the police car I knew they weren't coming after me!
