Have you noticed that already they delayed the trial due to a death in the family of a lawyer, and now Michael has the flu so the delay it again... (Does anyone actually believe he has the flu?)

PS. Can you have the flu if you have no nose?

HIS PEERS: A 12-member jury was officially sworn in today well ahead of schedule in Michael Jackson's child-molestation trial. The panel consists of four men and eight women ranging in age 20 to 79; there are seven whites, four Hispanics and one Asian.
