Usually they send you a email.I've ordered a couple of things and something like that happened to me too.But when I went to check my cart it still had the merchandise in their so I had to go through the order process again.So I guess one thing you could do is check and see if your cart still has anything in it.

Hi, just got my Richard and Jennifer order. Unbelieveable! Ordered Friday afternoon and received Tuesday AM. Would encourage everyone to order from this site. These folks are ORGANIZED. I can't wait to start reading my books and watchin' the DVD's

That shit is crazy ain't it ???!!!!! You be expecting to wait 4-6 weeks but I wasn't even expecting my shit I ordered last Friday and got I it Yesterday(Monday)!!!

I ordered the dvd set the 2nd week of April and I still have not recieved it oh I'll wait a few more weeks and if doesnt show up I'll reorder

Boy do I have a WONDERFUL PROBLEM! I received your book and Mr. P's book Monday. Took a preview read of both and was blown away by both books, both writing styles. Can't decide who to read first now. Went for this solution - read yours one night, Richard's the next. Pretty good huh? Nice balance of male and female too! No kidding, you are both stellar writers. Both books are page turners from the get go folks. ORDER NOW! Richard's is warm, funny and heartbreakingly honest. Jennifer's is like a race horse taking off out-of-the gate, to the point, searingly honest,and as I read I can almost hear a timeclock ticking with something explosive about to happen. WOW! Guys if you feel a need to write (besides this web site, of course) get to it. I am reminded of Stephen King and Peter Straub who co-wrote 2 books together. They switched off on chapters after agreeing on a main story line. Ya'll are so GIFTED. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Oh that's so nice to hear! I hope you really enjoy them!
I posted somewhere else that as I was watching CNN tonight-Sen. Mark Pryor came on, discussing the hearings of today, and under his name was, PRYOR'S CONVICTIONS-how about that-borrowing the name of RIchard's book-thought it was very odd!!
