Jamiek, your suggestion is definitely akin to how I try to do things--at this stage, doing mostly local rock shows, open mics, and 'alternative comedy' nights, I really am not trying to solidify any kind of permanent set--I'm really more interested in writing as much new shit as I can--and yeah, I record most shows too, for helpful tips, but also for posterity, because every show is different and fun(or not fun). I'm also doing a half hour tomorrow night, and that combined with all the travel time I have, means thursday should be ok. Oh, and since you asked, I might as well advertise the show.
