Thanks a lot for the advice Murphdogg,

You are right, such a tragic event causes a whirlpool of emotions, that it's easy to use the anger/fear to fuel any single-minded opinion without listening to others. And if I/we go down that path then the terrorists have really won. Thanks for reminding me.

I just got 2 e-mails from friends, one of their friends has been missing since Thursday. They are not concerned about politics or ideologies or agendas right now......they just want to see his face, feel his presence and hear his voice again b.b

It kinda puts things in perspective,

We need some more Richard to put the laughter back in the world!

Peace gee

Mister Gee - let us know what happens with your friends' friend. Touch wood that they've simply been unable to get hold of him and that he wasn't affected by the bombs.

The tube line it happened on (the circle line) i use every day, but luckily i was off that Thursday...

It's odd - everythings gone back to normal, but kinda quiet at the moment...

I think we're all used to bombs now unfortunately...and it's spread to other major cities in England too - Birmingham, Manchester, Yorkshire.

I find it strange, these people killing in the name of their God. If i was their God i'd be totally fucked off with them...bad press and all that jazz...

Shame people dont plant pinatas instead with a little firecracker inside them, boooom we've all got chocolate!

I dont subscribe to any religion, but you would of thought by now people could just all agree on the peace love and understanding bit and forget the rest...

it's like supporting a football team in someways...some hate the opposition, yet both sides love football itself...its a very bad analogy but there you go...

Oh and thanks Richard and Jen for the e-mail to all us Brits the other day...
