Appaloosa,
I finally got to see it last night...it was a great movie but I was able to cut it down to one hour and fifteen minutes by fast forwarding through all the love scenes, theres something about a big ape staring deeply into some blonde bimbos eyes that I didn't get into, now if there had been penetration and a money shot I'd have watched all of it. more than twice.

hellifiknow,
dangit i know that is strange now....money shot...dang his dinger might be as big as you are yourself.. ...i guess this goes back to the post of the beastiality scene where the guy says that some song reminds him of his first beastiality experience....
Appaloosa,
the headlines would read..."woman decapitated by king size cum shot"...I used the word beastiality too teach my wife how to google...since english is her second language she didn't know what I was spelling so her last click displayed a girl blowing a horse. she didn't believe it was real until I showed her how to start the sample clip.
btw, in the scene with the giant bugs those worms with the teeth looked a lot like blood worms...just a slimy looking worm until that chicken neck with teeth pops out...nasty little bastards, we should try and get bcddjjsc690 to pick some up at one of the Myrtle Beach piers and load a picture, they'd probably find his truck abandoned half way home with a dozen fat blood worms inside. ;p

Appaloosa,
I was in a Kmart and stopped to check out a bit on one of the plasma TV's since I made I promise I would not spend a cent on something I have seen remade once already. I came in on the scene when Kong is chained up on the stage and Jack Black is introducing him and the immediate thoughts that flashed in my head were "They're using this shit as some kind of symbolism for black men!" Then he said "He was a king in his homeland, but now he belongs to us!" Or something like that, and then those African dancers came out....I was through! Say what you want, but that movie, when it was made in 1933 was telling a story, but it was using this ape as a symbol for the black man lusting after the white woman and what will happen to him when he does. Now, here we are in 2006 and they remake the entire thing and not only remake it note for note like the original, period style and all, but they stretch the thing for three hours! Why??? Just to show off they could do it in CGI? I don't buy it and I think there is something much more sublime and sinister going on underneath all the pizzazz of movie magic. They could've at least brought it into the present and tried to make it relevant to today somehow. You know why they didn't? Becuase it's NOT relevant to today! In the 30's they could get away with it because that was society's mindset at the time. It worked for the 1930's. And we enjoyed it coming up simply for it's nostalgic value and cheesy special effects. Don't get it today. And don't tell me they had a black actor playing a steward. Well, they can't make it too obvious, can they?
This movie just makes me angry for some reason. Maybe I'm seeing more into it than what's there but my gut instinct just tells me this stinks to high heaven in terms of the "why". Call me paranoid, crazy, I don't care. I know what I know. Their bullshit doesn't fool me.

dougdigitalpro,
that is in interesting point .....i had thought of the original like that...in the sence that Kong was a king where he was but now he was captured an he was no longer king....but i understand the thinking of how the white man came to anywhere an dominated....not that he dominated with his thinking or things but he dominated with the race...thier things ....thier way.....with what they had not what he brought.....like The Naked Prey....about sixty five....Run of the Arrow was the same thing....in the naked prey...the guy was on safari and all other were killed but the natives threw a spear an where it landed he had a head start an outran guys that had outran lions n such ...ran down deer....he outran them an killed them...same in run of the arrow....same theme.....all the cowboy n indin movies....Tarzan....that was hilarious cause a white man came to be born in a treehouse but the apes killed his parents an he was stolen....an thus became dominant over the apes.....i just cant for the life of me understand how someone like A Man Called Horse or any one of the other movies......that a man lived in England or somewhere and sipped tea at ten and four o clock an went to pubs an drank til the wee hours ....smoked.....an then was dropped off in the middle of no where an dominated the people there....it is ludicrous...........he might have done it with the technology he had but he could not and did not do it with what the natives there had.....i laugh at movies like that.....i scoff at them... i aint paranoid .....oh wait....i might be...
I'm glad you brought that out...like I've said before if you (and many others here) keep talking, I'll keep learning. Another lesson learned recently concerning accusations that the govrment supplies/makes it easy to get drugs, alcohol and weapons in the African-American communities...no attempt to stop the influx of those items so they can shoot some young man while he's doing what they are supplying. I read and respect the posts made here concerning race relations (we all are relation) but some issues I don't totally understand, not saying those accusations are not true but I never understood why until the other day a old song got stuck in my head by J.D. Blackfoot and drove the "why" part home, its called The song of Crazy Horse and the verse describes a 19th century Native American family waiting for their government issue of food and clothing as promised in the treaties:
"Hey there mr. wagon master whatcha got inside
hidden underneath of them buffalo hide
could it be
you brought to me
some food from the man back east
so my starving children could have a feast
Hey mama come look and see
what the bastard done brought to me
it's alcohol tobacco and guns"
and the rest is history.

Appaloosa,
I remember those movies...and even if Tarzan had survived being raised by apes in the jungle whats the odds that sometime after puberty the one and only white girl to ever stroll through his neibhorhood would have had anything to do with him, by then his dick would have smelled like monkey ass and Nkima/cheeta would have sounded like a tuba when he farted.
A man called horse...
dougdigitalpro,
Thank you.
