Do I think you have passion? Go back and read your original post. Sounds pretty passionate to me. Of course, only time will tell. Comedy is a hard business. But those of us who do it, couldn't stop if we tried. Its empowering to make people to laugh....and therapeutic. But I digress.
Oh and your sister is much better than having a comedic yes man. Harsh critics can make you a better comedian.

Fuck fuck fuck. I bombed...not a good deal this time. I had faint interest. They enjoyed my Stephen Lynch cover of grandfather's dead, though...the words I could remember anyway...I need to practice more for next time...fuck fuck fuck...I was toooooooooooo necrvous....fuck....
There was interest and smiles of those who listened, but that's the chance you take with a coffee shop that caters more to the music folksy crowd rather than the comedy open mics....
