From what I understand you have to present the herb to get the tax stamp but when you do they bust you because you had the herb without a stamp...I knew a dick that used to bust his friends after he became a cop because he knew they would be carrying and kept getting comendations and his pic in the paper since he was so good at catching and convicting people... I say used to because one of his old high school buddies shot his ass...I don't think thats a good thing but damn what a hypocrite prick.

I've never heard of the tax stamp thing? what the hell is that? I pay 50 for bag and $1,000 for a stamp to go on my weed, or some shit like that? is the stamp reusable

and from that chart, tax stamp law is only available in certain states. but again, the feds say it's illegal to buy/cultivate, while the decriminalized states say it's legal. that needs to be fixed. aren't we a government of the people and THE PEOPLE say it's legal???

I saw it on the history channel, according to one version the holyier than thous decided outlawing pot would keep the mexicans (buzz kill) out of the country which would decrease the crime rate and provide more jobs for all the people too lazy to work (me) while the tax stamp allowed the hypocrits (my old redneck buddies) a way to continue to indulge.

50 a sack? I get slapped with the local whiteboy looks like a cop tax so I'm paying 80.

Whats say we go on to Wash D.C. and become LOBBYISTS to bring the state and federal governments in line with ther bullshit. It legal in some places, but its not legal as far as the feds are concerned.

Further more, SET FREE all people who have been locked up on bogus azz weed charges.

AND

Pay for the trouble - all the pot we can smoke! + $150,000,000,000 for all of the damage done for having us weed smokers be paranoid all the damn time about getting caught and the damage the "JUST SAY NO" commercials have done to the reputation of weed smokers.

Then we can start to have negotiations with established franchise owners and start opening up POT-LUCK's (like STARBUCKS) all over the country --->and sell our weed, provide a place to chill and just haze and mellow out. You like, totally blazed, dude.

but I think she meant this campaign for kids more. I doubt adult pot heads took her seriously at all. figured she needed something to do while her husband was dividing the country.
