Stevie. More definitive, timeless body of work. There are two Princes, Pre-Purple Rain and post Purple Rain and each period speaks to two totally different generations. The songs are great, but defintely "take you back" to that period. Stevie is for all time, all seasons. Especially, the 70's stuff. Prince even bows down to Stevie, come on. It's not a fair contest.
Now I gotta watch his royal badness too....DAMN! I swear if I see ruffle shirts and plates of pancakes laying around... ;p
