When I first heard about cutting overtime, i thought it was a great idea and very un-bush like. The reason for overtime in the first place is to eliminate jobs/benefits. Therefore if companies cannot work you overtime, they would need more employees and there would be less unemployment! But then the reality of bushism hit.
