Jenn, I know this'll piss off some of the members, and I'm pretty new here. But while surfing the board not long ago, I came across a link that showed a pro enemy combatant video. It glorified attacks on American soldiers. Now, I'm familiar with all the arguments about America being there for the oil, etc. I believe that to be a topic for another thread, & will be willing to discuss/debate the issue.
But what these people are doing is indefensible. The leaders not only send the youth of their nations to die needlessly, but they murder innocent civilians in the most barbaric way. They have proven themselves to be the very embodiment of terrorism. For this board to allow these criminals to gloat over allied dead is wrong. The false Islamics have no reservations in murdering innocents. 9-11 proved that, when they chose a non-military target, using civilian airliners as weapons, and they continue to prove it daily.
I myself take issue with the American goverment and it's self-serving actions. But I choose debate, civil protest, and the voting booth over murder. I condem the actions taken by the false Islamics, and it saddens me to see their propaganda being spread on this board.JMO
