Only been out 6 years, but I can't wait. Not because I want to reminisce, just because I want to see how fat everyone has become.

Class reunions can be fun and a little while back I went to my first one.Boy did I make alot of discoveries!!!

Well first of all women that I overlooked in high school have all blossomed and you think to yourself "what the hell was I thinking" (and then you remember back in high school her hair was so short she could roll it up with needles!!!)But this is how they plan it.See they have been waiting a good ten years to make you sweat them like the reunion was one of those "Maury" segments!!!

Then the girls that I did adore in high school I am thinking "what was I going crazy over them for" (then you remember your hormones were raging and you mainly checked out the women who had filled out early)The girls that still manage to maintain their stature in my mind were still stuck up and now you have know patience for the bullshit!! Fuck 'em the torch has been put out!!!(for the record I picked up more women crashing the reunion of the class before mine a year earlier so it didn't even matter if any girls at my class reunion weren't trying to give up anything!!)]

And what they say is true all the nerds are now rich and making all the damn money.Luckily I wasn't an ass to any of them because in high school I was what you call a "cool nerd" (that's a guy who knows all there is about both rap music and Star Wars, played in sports but only to get a letter, was selected school king but was voted most wittiest in his senior class for telling all the jokes he stole from Richard Pryor;p )

And come to find out no matter how cool you were in high school that don't transfer that coolness to real life so you look at yourself like "damn what happened to me?" I rushed to get up out that bitch and it was the best time of my life!!!!!

I had a great time at my reunion and it was cool to see older versions of people.I kept in touch with alot of people so I wasn't as shocked to see anybody; everybody pretty much was the same just a little more make-up, a few kids, and a few more pounds.But the test will be the 20 year reunion when everybody is starting to smack middle age!!!!!!

I sadly didn't make it to the 10-year reunion. It was scheduled for the day before my birthday and I wasn't going all the way back to the suburbs of Detroit to see a bunch of people who I didn't care to see back then.

What was funny was in declining the invitation I got into a back-and-forth email conversation with the class president. She lives a few blocks from where she grew up, married some guy from the school I don't remember, and has such a small view on the world. I fell out laughing when she said "Wow. I bet New York City is a big difference from Madison Hts." I'm thinking, is there really any comparison between the greatest city in the world and a shitty little suburb that thinks it's important because it has a mall???

Alot of people that were the shit in high school don't amount to shit in the real world......present company included...oh I mean [/i]excluded[/i]...... ;p

It's funny you mention that, people who reach their social pinnacle in high school tend to get stuck in that mode. The cool guy in high school who had the iroq z-20 and the high paying job at dairy queen, is still at dairy queen... He now has less hair and more gut, yet still remarks on his storied jv football "career"
