WTF? what about $75 million for this country? ]:o( do we not matter anymore??

and also the money will be used so that Iranians can study abroad. they can study Condi online anytime they want :lol: j/k

but seriously, shouldn't ANY new proposed funding go to Katrina victim taxpayers to get their lives back, esp. since Congress could have avoided Katrina 3 years ago by spending a lot less than for Iran?
