some of you may have seen this already, but the controversy over it is heating up, I guess. but the guy who made the video is black and just as concerned about a lot of "ignant" stuff spreading instead of dying down.

oh gawd yes! what kind of fashion statement is that? from what I was told, pants worn low in prison means you already somebody's bitch. I can understand baggy jeans and maybe top part of underwear band showing. but I regularly see kids with the pants intentionally worn below their ass. I'm thinking why not just wear the draws since I can see all of them.
