Lost in Translation

Richard loved going to the movies...
So do we. Who doesn't like music?

Lost in Translation

Post by JTF »

I saw it in the theater. I fell asleep twice. One good scene (the photo shoot) other than that, the movie dragged on for what seemed like 4 hours. My mother and sister just watched the DVD and both thought it sucked.

My girlfriend and her best friend both really liked it...

BTW... When did Bill Murray become a big star who is in demand and can pick and choose his roles like this artsy piece of crap? Thank God he turned down Bad Santa!

JTF,
Rushmore.

Yeah, I thought it was an interesting movie, but not something I would purposefully watch twice.

smjmcomic,

Is that what you are hoping to attain? To be a B-level star that can say "fuck it, I am an ARTIST!"

JTF,
I like Bill Murray and I was excited to see it but it was way overated though it did have a few moments.Sofia Coppola's first movie "Virgin Suicides" wasn't bad though.

bingolong,

Like you said, you like Murray. I like him too. Caddyshack, Stripes, SNL, but he's turning into a Tom Hanks. Could you see the Bill Murray of today in [/i]Ghostbusters[/i]? No more than you could see Tom Hanks in Bachelor Party...

JTF,
Yeah I feel that.Bill Murray started off trying to cross over about 20 years ago with "Razors Edge" so I guess he has always wanted to do it but for my money give me some Stripes!!! :)
