The management of these shelters will change in Sept. but there are several weeks left and this is still going on---the ULTIMATE BETRAYAL-which is the handing over of the rescued animals to companies who are performing animal testing which of course, tortures and ultimately kills the animals.
THE SECOND BIG ISSUE IS:
no one ever goes into the inner cities, except Marion, to actually rescue which means, those animals who are without homes and are living in the streets are being tortured by the means streets everyday the scumbags who find them.
