Thanks, man. Just try to help where I can. I knew when I saw it, something looked kinda off about it. That's why I was asking to see if it was any good. It didn't look like something the Pryor's would be involved in.

Just bought the cd. It's pretty good too. Not only is Mr. P's discipline bit the first track on the cd, his is the only face you see when you open case. I like that. It's a subtle acknowledgment that he is the gold standard for comics -- the grand master of stand up -- the uber-comedian! He gets thing started with a bang!

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how good Redd Foxx and Ellen Degeneres were. I have never heard Foxx do stand up. Only caught him as Sanford, but he's very funny here. And Ellen? She stammers as always. But what I liked about her bit was how she actually said something about the cruelty of hunting. Good stuff...

Damn I feel stupid!!I went to Media Play looking for it and walked out with everything but that CD!!!!!!!What the hell!!!!I was even in the comedy section!!!!

Then that makes us even. I went to Borders for the sole purpose of purchasing Pryor Convictions. They were all out so I bought the CD instead. I like it because of the tracks from Pryor, Foxx and Degeneres. There's a great bit by Carlin too. Not bad at all. But still, I was disappointed there wasn't one copy of Pryor Convictions for sale. That's like going to a night club to pick up women and going home with a porn video.

Yeah man I feel you>I would try to hold off and get the book from this site.I should have bought that motherfucka back in the day when I saw that it first came out.I'm glad I got it from the site though b/c it was autographed!!!B-)

What really makes it bad for me is they even had a review for the album in the local newspaper here today and of course they gave Richard his props as one of the main reasons to buy the album!!! I planned my day just so I could go check it out and what do I do.......
