I am a big HorrorMovie Fan I've kind of ditched US Horror Movies for awhile except for the Great classics. I'm heavily into EuroHorror. My dream is to actually one day meet Dario Argento. For me the scariest movies that I've seen that still can shake me today are Poltergeist, The Exorcist, Texas ChainSaw Massacre (The Original). There are probably others but I can't think of them at this moment.

To me, the best scary movies end unresolved.
The scariest film I've seen lately was "The Grudge".
I'm a grown man, but if I have to venture out of bed in the middle of the night, I start thinking about the ghost(s) in the story, and I turn into a great big pussy.

/I have seen "Saw" and found it more gruesome than scary.

captain-laughter,
I think Silence of the Lambs........is a scary movie ......cause there really are people like that....I mean I seen the first Halloween ....an it was okay but just like the Freddy ones....when you cant kill the bad guy then it just turns into another sequel an another one ...I mean they set the movie up like that.....an its so fake....
