Richard's Diary and Mos Def
I was watching the Comedy Central thing called "I ain't dead yet mother$*@&&#!!@$" and towards the end of it, Mos Def read something that he claimed was something from "Richard's diary". It was really moving what Richard wrote in there and I was wondering if anyone knows what I'm talking about. I'd really like to know where I could get a copy of that diary if it is published. All that I can remember from it was him saying something like "I've seen a homeless man spit in the eye of a paramedic" or something like that. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

swisscheese,
Wait, I found another thread here already that sort of answers my question, but I still don't know if the actual diary itself is published to buy.

swisscheese,
No a copy of Mr. Pryor's actual diary is not published to buy and honestly I don't think it needs to be. He already opened up and poured his heart & soul out to us on stage.
Isn't that enough?!

SweetLuchia,
I agree that Richard has poured his heart out to us, but it's still nice to read something.

STALKER ALERT!!! STALKER ALERT!!!
Just kidding. If you're that curious about all things Pryor related, why not purchase Jennifer's book Tarnished Angel. Learn about the woman stole Pryor's heart...

Visitor,
Mojones makes a great suggestion..have you read [/i]Tarnished Angel[/i] by Mr. P's wife? If not, I'm pretty sure you can purchase it here.
Or what about [/i]Pryor Convictions & other Life Sentences[/i] Mr. Pryor's autobiography? Have you read that? It's no longer in publication but I bet they have a copy at your local library. They did in my hometown's library which is a VERY white, very conservative, close-minded town in the middle of PA.
When I saw it on the shelf in the Autobiography Section, I literally snatched it off & held it tightly until I got to the check out counter...as if it were the actual TORA
I thought "Mr. P's book is in this BUMFUCK town?! WTF?! There must be some kind of mistake, they must have put it on the shelf while the conservative, narrow minded mother fuckers in charge of this library were on vacation b/c they would never allow it otherwise."
