SweetLuchia,
Yeah, that was pretty smooth of him to say. Carlin is da shit because his comedy is just so damn intelligent. He just has a way of putting shit into the right perspective.

dougdigitalpro,
Yes Steven I agree..I thought it was very cool of him to say.
I so admire anyone who is willing to give credit where credit is due. It demonstrates a level of maturity that most people just don't have.

SweetLuchia,
There is always the competition when talking about Carlin and Pryor. My feeling on it is that they are two separate animals all together. They got lumped together unfortunately due to the timing of when society was looking for social comentary. They both gave social comentary, but on total different aspects of society. I've always been more of a Carlin fan over anyone else because he comented on aspects of society that affected me. I was actually really hurt when comedy central picked Pryor over Carlin in that countdown they did because in the timeframe, they were equally important to different sections of society. I guess for the top spot they should have had a three way equal but separate tie between Carlin, Pryor, and Lenny Bruce to satiate my tastes.

TurtleBeoulve,
Whoooo, you may be looking for a heavy debate from Luchia on that one.
