Richard's Old Rings
While helping a friend look for an engagement ring this afternoon-I remembered that one day, not too long ago, I found a small box in Richard's desk drawyer. When I opened it-all these rings fell out. I realized they were all Richards's old wedding bands! A whole bunch of bands-all his marriages and all those wives in a little pile of silver, gold and platinum. And he kept them. Damn, Richard! Something so sweet about that and sad and infuriating!
