Fourth time, but real comedy club!

This evening I finally did a real comedy club instead of just a coffee house. I did well again. It's amazing how much faith you loose in your material before you go up, but the crowd brought it all back.

I thought it was cool that one of the other open mikers came up to me said good job, something, something, and "you told the truth." I thought, "wow...I'm making the Pryor's proud then."

That was a good crowd, and my set could have been a lot tighter, but not bad by any means.

Just giving you an update from Jane Haze headquarters.

Is that why I keep throwin stuff in the air and poising....

Hey, I'll be here for *at least* six months. Leases are binding, so...I'll be here a while. In the mean time, I'll have time to make use of the local comedy club. Mwahaha!

Thanks for the kudos and such. I hope I can make you all proud.

jane_haze, that's is awsome! There isn't a feeling like thinking your not going to do well on stage, but actually doing well. My homie Tom Mclain a great sacramento comic, whose kind of took me under his wing and out on the road a couple of times with him. The first time, I sucked bad on stage..he took me up to oregon with him last weekend and I was scaired shitless before I got on stage, thinking "your only a local comic, these out of town crowds hate you"...so I went up there, grabed the mic stared at the wall and told my first joke..and they LAUGHED...the set went great and got me back my mojo back. Thanks to my bud Tom, who by the way grew up in a town..where it was illegal to dance
