Richard & Jennifer,

This is not so much an e-mail as it is a thank-you.For those fans of yours reading this,my name is Steve Bennett and I am the author of the upcoming celebrity-pet photo book "LifeStyles of the Rich & Furry".It is a book that is going to raise a lot of money for abused animals, and a lot of awareness in this country.

For those of you who don't know, Richard & Jennifer are huge supporters of animal rights and work endlessly to save animals around the world. After meeting Jennifer Pryor at a rescue event we sparked up a conversation and she generously agreed to a rare photo shoot and interview with her and Richard to help save the animals.

The day of the photo shoot arrived and I was thrilled to be meeting the one & only Richard Pryor-I was not dissapointed! To me I did not see a different Richard Pryor than the comedy genius whose albums and comedy magic I lived for growing up. With Richard Pryor the magic and passion has always been in his EYES-guess what folks? IT'S STILL THERE!!! I talked to him about the book and about fighting for these abused animals-and he was very aware of what was being said.He may have been slowed down by this horrible disease MS, but make no mistake it has in no way silenced him or his passion for fighting for these animals.

The photo shoot and interview were supposed to be kept brief because Richard needs his rest and tires easily-but he was doing so well that day, it ended up lasting hours. I truely believe it's because of his passion for these animals and for this fight.

The next day I flew out of LA and I had a layover in Arizona. I was on such a high (no pun intended) and had not stopped thinking about the Pryors since I left their home. I called them from the airport and Jennifer answered the phone and before I had a chance to say anything she told me how great the shoot and interview had gone and what great spirits Richard was in even hours after we left their home. She also told me that she and Richard now consider me their friend and that she would help me contact celebrities for the book if I needed help. I was honored as I felt the same about both of them and I feel very blessed to have them on my side and so many animals will benefit because of their love and generosity.

A lot of celebrities are only generous when the spotlight is on them but I want the public to know that Richard & Jennifer are the real deal. They roll up their sleeves and get in there and fight for these animals.

One last thing I would like to note about the photo shoot is that I watched Jennifer a lot that day during the shoot. The love and passion that she feels for Richard is apparent in every breath she takes. She stares at him with such love in her eyes and when he has a good day-she has a good day, I truely believe she also feels every pain that he feels as well. Anyone who truely knows the Pryors knows how much in love they are. I even told Richard he must be getting wiser as he gets older-he was smart enough to marry Jennifer a 2nd time-he heard me and responded positively.

So once again, I would just like to thank Richard & Jennifer for opening their home and more importantly their hearts for the sake of these suffering and abused animals. You are in my heart, my thoughts and my prayers daily.
