Comics Grade yourself!

Thats right its June your know what that means grades are out and if you had to grade yourself based on your writting energy and all around stage performance and productivity.


Writting- I'd give myself a c- I'n not doing enough writting at all nothings been clicking

Energy- D+ I still tend to let my nerves get the best of me I have yet to reach my comfort zone I'm sure thats something that I'll gain over time.

stage performance- F- I have gotten into some really bad habits I have yet to learn how to break.

productivity- F- Due to a mixure of famliy problems and health problems I can't gig it out in LA but after my sugery I should locked stocked and ready to rock.


I had high hopes coming into 05" and it has been filled with disapointment I hope to end the year stong and carry some positive vibes into 06"


That whats getting me through these low times hope thats all I have and I feel thats all need.

That took guts to put that out there, but I'm sure it's not as bad as you think and say. I'll follow suit.

Writing- B, I write constantly first thing in the morning. Throughout the day. Not the quality I want, but I'm training myself to write good material at a moments notice.

Energy- B-, I understand what works for me. I can still get 'UP' a little too much, but still learning myself.

Stage Performance- D-, I always KNOW I can do better. "Thanks for laughing people, but actually this stuff sucks." Need to take more risk, but I'm not afraid to bomb anymore.

Productivity- Incomplete, set a goal for some major changes this year. Things are lining up at the moment, but I still might fall for the banana in the tailpipe.

I like to have friends grade me, in my experience alot of comics by natuture either grade theirselves too harshly, or some not harshly enough. That's not a iron rule, I know alot that grade their sets pretty realisticly
