cjmarsicano,

Tilton is still going strong. Fleecing the masses even as we speak. You can't ridicule this guy enough as far as I'm concerned.

mojones,

PT Barnum was right again. I guess whichever station in my area used to air his show stopped... I only ever saw his "unintentional comedy hour" when I was up way early in the morning 13 years ago when I was working for an inventory service. :D

mojones,

I didn't mean to make it sound like i dislike those guys, as far as I'm concerned anybody with the guts to get up there and give it a go deserves all respect. Ron White is my favorite also for his style of just being a redneck, he's got more of the "your best friend isn't the guy who bails you out of jail, he's the one sitting beside you in jail" attitude. With Larry I'm just projecting, ya know seeing in others what you dislike about yourself.

I've forgotten his last name but are you familiar with a Houston comic named Fred who plays a Gibson acoustic during his set? We have a mutual fishing buddy Mark W. who also does stand up locally and was my neibhor when we lived in a camp ground near Conroe.

I think the characters the new comics have created are good , I like the cable guy and Ron White , [/i]Do you have any alias's....." they call me Tater Salad !!! " [/i]

Nobody bitched about Tim Allen last decade with the More Power , Gear Head stuff , this isn't much different.
If you like it laugh , If you don't turn the channel. B-)

bcddjjsc690,
Thank you! I came back to edit because I realized my spelling still sucks. :)

Your right thats what the clickers for. I love them and they aint doing nothing but telling the truth.
R. White just seems more...real, experiences not act sort of thing. The way he talks about warming the water while tubing and the casual approach to pending plane crash death gives it that bar story appeal, he would definitely fit in back home. ;)

Did Tim Allen doing His ...AArrggghh... AAArrggghh...
bother you as well ?

I'm working on a construction site in Columbia SC,I've been there 9 weeks and haven't heard it said , not once .
Oh it's written in the walls of the port- o- john , but it not said .It's as outdated as Henny Youngman "Take my Wife ....Please . or Steve Martin " Well EXCUUUSE Me!!! '

hellifiknow,

I think I know those guys. J. Fred Rhetoric is the comic with the gibson. At one time, he was scheduled to be on Bravo. I don't know what happened though. And Mark W? You wouldn't be talking about Mark Widener, would you? Mark does a lot of redneck humor too....especially fishing jokes. He was on the first episode of Last Comic Standing....
